Hostizi owns all editorial content and graphics on this site. Hostizi provides web services to subscribers all over the world, and all customers must abide by the following Terms and Conditions of Service.
This Hostizi Terms Of Service agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "TOS") establishes the terms and conditions under which Hostizi's Services will be delivered to you. You attest to the fact that you are at least 18 years old.
Our order process is conducted by our authorized online resellers who act as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. Our resellers handle payment processing, tax collection, and related customer service inquiries for orders placed through their platform.
We provide our service instantly by sending an email to your registered email address and granting access to your Hostizi host dashboard. The entire process is automated. However, if the automation fails for any reason, it may take up to 24 hours to deliver the service.
We'll set up your account once we've received payment and screened the order(s) for fraud. You must supply us with an email address that is not @ the domain(s) under which you are registering.
Within 3 days of establishing your account, you may be required to present government-issued identification (Passport/National ID/Driving License) and proof of address for security verification.
Our migration staff will do all possible to assist you in moving your site to us. However, we cannot guarantee the availability or possibility of an account transfer as each hosting firm is set up differently. Free transfer services are accessible for a period of three (3) days after you sign up.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our web hosting services. If you are not satisfied for any reason during the first 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.
* Domain registrations, renewals, and SSL certificates are non-refundable as they are processed through external registries.
All services are pre-paid. From 30 to 1 day before the renewal date, renewal notices are sent via email.
You must write to sales or request a Cancellation from your clients' area if you wish to cancel your services.
We'll never charge your card automatically for extra usage. However, if your allotments are exceeded and you do not contact us to upgrade, the system may suspend your site.
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. While we strive for absolute customer satisfaction, Hostizi reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our stated policies without refund in cases of severe abuse or illegal activities.
All Hostizi services must be used for legitimate purposes only. Illegal, abusive, or threatening content is prohibited.
Unsolicited commercial email (UCE) and unsolicited bulk email (UBE) are not tolerated. Any Hostizi customer who engages in this conduct will have their service suspended.
Scripts must only consume a small number of system resources. No user account may use more than 20% of system resources at any given time. Malicious scripts will result in immediate termination.
Any attempt to damage or harm a Hostizi Web server is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Hostizi suggests that ALL information/data be backed up on users' computers. We are not liable for data loss. Complimentary backups are available for shared hosting accounts under 50GB, but strictly for disaster recovery.
Earn at least 20% commission per sale. Minimum withdrawal is $50.
Self-referrals, coupon sharing sites, and spamming are strictly prohibited.
Service is subject to interpretation and change at the discretion of Hostizi administrators without notice. Hostizi reserves the right to terminate accounts at any time without notice.
